I chose the name Doctor Zest as it was a radio show I had for five years in the Fox Valley north of Milwaukee. I wound up publishing a few books under the name Dr. Zest press and eventually trademarked it officially.
I will write some things regularly on the topics of "the human condition" and all the fascinating things about it as seen through DoctorZest's eyes.
